A Decade of Dedication: Happy 10th Anniversary Traci O’Neal!
There’s no one at DRI International with more energy than Senior Director of Operations Traci O’Neal. At her desk before many of us are even awake, Traci oversees all day-to-day product and support operations for DRI including customer care, certification, and the delivery of all training programs. There is hardly an aspect of DRI in which she is not intrinsically involved. You see her at every conference, you even hear her on the other end of the phone answering your questions, and you should know that she works tirelessly on behalf of DRI’s Certified Professionals.
“Traci and I started at DRI at roughly the same time and I couldn’t have asked for a better teammate and friend on this journey,” says DRI President Chloe Demrovsky. “Under her leadership, DRI’s customer service satisfaction is consistently rated at nearly perfect levels across the board. With an attitude of cheerful competence, she has dedicated her heart and soul to the Certified Professional community and it shows in every aspect of her work. Congratulations and thank you, Traci!”
“Day in and day out, Traci gets it done. As a DRI instructor, I find her logistical support efficient and invaluable. Having worked with Traci on the Certification Commission, I can truly say that we would not have made such significant and meaningful progress without Traci’s oversight,” says DRI Board Member Raymond Seid. “Congratulations, Traci. I look forward to working with you for many years to come.”
A true powerhouse, Traci is an avid fitness buff who more than holds her own in the meeting room and the weight room. With experience in engineering, manufacturing, and business continuity, Traci joined DRI in 2008 and has focused her time streamlining processes and managing the development of DRI certification products to meet internal strategic objectives as well as the needs of the profession overall.
Thank you for a productive and inspiring 10 years, Traci. Here’s to 10 more! Please join us in congratulating Traci on a decade of DRI service – shoot her an email at toneal@drii.org or call her at (866) 542-3744. She’d love to hear from you.
