Annual BCM Salary Survey Now Includes Consultants, Unemployed
BC Management’s annual salary survey is ready for the taking, but the survey is a little different this year.
Now, you can choose one of three versions of the study –permanently employed,unemployed professionals, or independent contractors/consultants. Study participants will receive a complimentary copy of BC Management’s world-renowned BCM Compensation Report. Complete any of the studies below by December 26 and receive a complimentary Standard BCM Research Data Report before the New Year.
Permanently Employed
This study is for professionals who are permanently employed (practitioners, permanently employed consultants, sales, marketing and senior leadership) and who have involvement in business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency management and/or crisis management planning. For your complete study participation, you will receive a complimentary report assessing how years of experience, job title, industry, prior experience, geography, certification, education, management skills, leadership skills and real world experience impact your earning potential. Study focuses on base and bonus compensation only and accommodates professionals who are full-time and part-time, permanently employed.
Independent Contractors/Consultants
This study is for professionals who are independent contractors/consultants and who have involvement in business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency management and/or crisis management planning. For your complete study participation, you will receive a complimentary report assessing how years of experience, job title, industry, prior experience, geography, certification, education, management skills, leadership skills and real world experience impact your earning potential. The report will also include further assessment detailing hourly rates, billing frequencies, focus of engagement work and time dedicated to consulting engagements.
Unemployed Professionals
This study is for professionals who are unemployed and who have had previous involvement in business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency management and/or crisis management planning. For your complete study participation, you will receive a complimentary report assessing how years of experience, job title, industry, prior experience, geography certification, education, management skills, leadership skills and real world experience impact your earning potential. Study focuses on base and bonus compensation only.
