Welcome New DRI Board Member: Michelle Cross
DRI International is pleased and proud to welcome Michelle Cross to the Board of Directors. Cross is the National Practice Leader, Business Continuity Planning for Wells Fargo Insurance.

In her role at Wells Fargo, Cross provides business continuity planning and preparedness consulting services with a primary focus on the areas of business continuity, crisis management, crisis communications, disaster preparedness, and violence prevention. She is a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP), Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), and a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE). She has extensive experience working across multiple industries including manufacturing, chemical, hospitality, finance, professional services, healthcare, real estate, education, and retail.
