Tired of Being Under the Audit Magnifying Glass? Let DRI Help You Think Like an Auditor…Or Even Become One!

June 28, 2018 Leave a comment DRI Admin

DRI’s Audit course doesn’t just prepare you to face an auditor, it turns you into one. Pass our audit course and you’ll have the training, tools, and hands-on experience needed to audit business continuity, disaster, and emergency management programs. Pass the course and complete the follow-on steps to achieve certification, and you’ll actually be qualified to audit programs yourself – your own program as well as others’.

You choose the standard – ISO 22301 or NFPA 1600. Our audit courses are accredited by ANSI or CQI and IRCA. We’ll teach you how auditors think, and we’ll show you how and what they do.

Group exercises help develop your skills as you audit a hypothetical company’s program using the standard, audit guide, and presentation content in the course. You’ll also learn how to develop your audit opinion, develop your report, and present your findings to management. The course:

  • Identifies auditing standards and guidance
  • Defines the phases of engagement – engagement planning, performance of the audit, and communicating results
  • Teaches how to report findings and recommendations

Course materials include a comprehensive audit guide for you to take back to your workplace and use when preparing for and conducting an audit and when reporting audit findings. The audit guide identifies:

  • Who should be interviewed
  • Documents that should be review
  • Surveys that should be conducted to gather evidence of conformity to the standard

In short, prepare for an audit, become an auditor, walk away with the materials you need!

No matter how closely you look, you won’t find a reason not to register now!
