While all businesses are concerned with how they will respond to adverse situations – including cyberattack, fire, tornado, and active shooters – small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) face a unique set of challenges, have limited resources, and often do not safeguard their ability to deliver goods or services to customers.

This workshop is geared specifically for those SMBs and the people who run them. We’ll show you how to ensure that you will be there for your customers no matter what, and we’ll help you learn how to satisfy the demands of your larger customers, who are likely governed by regulations that require them to ensure that their suppliers and vendors (you!) have operable business continuity plans in place.

Using real-world examples and hands-on exercises, this workshop in business continuity planning (BCP) for SMBs will help you develop a robust program that will protect you, your business, and your customers. Interactive workshop exercises are designed to immerse you in the process, enable you to learn by doing, and ensure that you leave having outlined a firm foundation for a business continuity program that is specific to your organization. The tools you leave with will help you create the plan that will not only safeguard your business but also will help you attract new customers.
