DRI’s Lyndon Bird Presents BCM Challenges to Disaster Response Expo
In December 2019, London Olympia hosted the International Disaster Response Expo, one of Europe’s largest security and disaster response exhibitions and conference programs. One of the core steams was Crisis Management and Lyndon Bird, DRI Chief Knowledge Officer, helped the UK publication Crisis Response Journal showcase this vital subject.
In his presentation, Lyndon used the BCI Trends and Forecast Analysis to look at the challenges facing the business community in the year ahead. He also chaired key sessions that focused on a wide-range of human related resilience topics including treating casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan and protecting business travelers in risky regions.
