Q: How can I access/purchase the Qualifying Examination to begin the DRI certification application process?
A: To purchase the Qualifying Examination only, you will need to create a free DRI account if you do not have one already and contact the DRI Customer Care Center at +1-866-542-3744 or send an email to email@example.com requesting a unique exam payment code to access the exam online. Please also keep in mind that the fee for the Qualifying Examination may be included in the price of many DRI certification courses.

Q: I was recently certified and am living outside of the United States. Will I still be able to receive the DRI plaque and pin?
A: Yes, absolutely. DRI Certified Professionals living outside the United States are only required to pay for shipping fees and we will be able to ship these items to you directly. To request a plaque, you can email us at email@example.com.
Q: I would like to take a DRI course online and my company has been supportive of this during remote working. Before I register, is there an option for the course fee to be billed directly to my company instead of using a personal credit card?
