Working on an RFP or RFI? DRI Can Help!

April 12, 2022 Leave a comment DRI Admin

Did you know that DRI provides our Certified Professionals with free assistance in constructing, distributing, and evaluating Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) for products and services?

As a non-profit organization, DRI International serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and organizations around the world, providing information on a vast array of subjects through information gathered from its network of Certified Professionals, product and service vendors, government agencies, professional organizations and private sector organizations. DRI uses this information to help Certified Professionals find the answers to business, technical, and administrative questions about organizational structure, impact of regulations, and career opportunities, and to help find the right solutions. Our information sources allow us to maintain current knowledge of product and service capabilities, which enables us to provide the most current information.
Over the past decade, DRI International has aided our Certified Professionals by:
  • Creating RFPs/RFIs for those seeking help with this process
  • Providing a list of potential respondents to the RFP/RFI
  • Serving as a sounding board for regulatory and other issues pertaining to suppliers/vendors
  • Providing suggestions as to the criteria for selection
DRI does not participate in the vendor selection process, but simply provides the contact information for no fewer than three vendors who can potentially provide the goods and/or services sought. The model is scalable, ranging from creating the RFP/RFI with suggestions for which vendors should receive the RFP/RFI, to acting as a sounding board for those organizations that feel capable of preparing their own documents.
We use the experience of senior Certified Professionals to provide templates, guidance, and consultation at NO COST. Our help is without the financial entanglements often seen in our field. As a non-profit DRI International does not seek nor accept any referral fees from respondents to the RFP/RFI process. DRI International is not be part of the final selection process as that is the responsibility of the issuing organization.
