DRI Connects Students With Resilience at the University of Texas at Dallas Collegiate Conference
Thanks to the University of Texas at Dallas and everyone who attended our most recent DRI Collegiate Conference to make it one of our most successful one-day events!
Over 100 attendees came for the conference, including 60+ UTD students, to hear about the business continuity profession and the latest insights on resilience in the finance sector, cybersecurity, risk management and more.
“The DRI Collegiate Conference at the University of Texas at Dallas provided us a chance to address the next generation of resilience professionals,” said DRI Foundation President Al Berman, who presented at the event. “With a 100-plus attendees, the combination of professionals, students and academics exchanged information and thoughts concerning the threats facing us today and into the future.”
“The experts were motivating, sincere and I appreciated the level of balancing emotional heath with response efforts,” said DRI Board Member Ray Seid. “And it was inspiring to meet many of the students and listen to their perspectives.”
DRI’s next Collegiate Conference will be at the University College of London Institute for Risk and Disaster Reduction on June 14. Click here to register.
