As the leading nonprofit that helps organizations around the world prepare for and recover from disasters, DRI relies on a wide network of partner organizations who share that mission and promote greater resiliency. DRI encourages Certified Professionals to actively support these valuable partner organizations. Here’s what’s coming up in your region: MidAmerica Contingency Planning Forum (MCPF): Upcoming webinar events will be covering operational resilience (July 20), lessons from Hurricane Ian (Aug. 17) and a panel discussion on business continuity awareness (Sept. 21). Non-members are also welcome. Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) NY Chapter: ISACA NY events include a Lunch and Learn on implementing the NIST privacy framework (Aug. 3) and a live webinar on auditing network security (Sept. 9). The Resilience Association: Save the date – the RA Annual Summit at the Institute of Chartered Accounts for England & Wales (ICAEW) in Moorgate, London, will be held Monday, 16 October.
