DRI International Releases 11th Annual Predictions Report, Highlighting Risk and Resilience Trends for 2026

DRI International has published its 11th Annual Predictions Report – resilience predictions for the profession, by the profession.
The report provides an in-depth look ahead to top global issues that resilience professionals are likely to encounter in the coming year. It was developed by the DRI Future Vision Committee (FVC), a group of international thought leaders in the field.
“Our profession requires us to constantly keep an eye on the future – a minor concern today may become a major problem tomorrow,” said Michelle Cross, DRI President and CEO. “The Predictions Report helps the resilience community map out the year’s potential risks.”
“Each year brings both familiar and new concerns for organizations,” said Lyndon Bird, DRI Chief Knowledge Officer and FVC Chair. “This time around, uncertainties in the economic, technological, and geopolitical sectors could make for a turbulent 2026.”

The report also looks back on the success rate of the previous year’s predictions, as well as a comparison of predictions to the concerns illustrated in the recently released Global Risk and Resilience Trends Report.
Both FVC reports are available to download free in the DRI Library.
