A Ghoulishly Good Time at the DRI Young Leaders in Resilience October Networking Event

DRI’s Young Leaders in Resilience group enjoyed a festive networking happy hour on Oct. 26 at the B Bar and Grill in New York City, which was decked out for Halloween. As an activity, attendees played a variation on Bingo, where they were given cards with questions and told to seek out answers from one another. Questions included: The winner was James, who works for the Salvation Army. Asked what the favorite answer he received was, he pointed to “Which hazard are you most curious about?” Cyber attacks was his favorite answer because it’s a hazard that doesn’t typically occur to him. He is more accustomed to considering tangible hazards like fire – though it’s become clear in recent times that a cyber attack has potential to do just as much if not more damage! About the DRI Young Leaders in Resilience: Young Leaders in Resilience is an organization affiliated with DRI International, serving risk management and related disciplines through developing and supporting relationships amongst its practitioners. These disciplines include risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, information risk management, and resiliency.
